All relative services from Wellmax webstore are available only to clients located in service reachable areas. Please be noted that service reachable areas here only limit to 48 contiguous states of United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO address and Peutro Rico.

According to our delivery policy, delivery and shipping destinations are limited. To complete the order, clients should have valid billing address and shipping address in required areas.

Return & Refund

We offer the 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and shipped within 30 days of delivery. You will only need to pay the return shipping fees. Please send email to customer@shopwellmax.com to notify us once you ship out the product. Order number and reason for product return shall be included in the email(photos attached if necessary). Full refund will be applied after refund/order cancellation request is received via email by our customer care department and the product is returned to us.
